Sedus yeah! – the quick-set office chair for multi-users Hot tip for healthy backs and streamlined budgets

yeah!, the new swivel chair from Sedus, encourages movement and healthy sitting. yeah! is a multifunctional ace, ideal for typical workstations and open-plan offices as well as the stylish design of contemporary deskland architecture and individual home offices or studies. And when budgets are tight and price is a factor, the latest office chairs are the clear answer: yeah!

An innovative quick-set mechanism newly developed for this chair means the backrest pressure can be adjusted with one hand in a matter of seconds to the resistance the individual user feels comfortable with.
Like the more sophisticated and multiple-award-winning office chairs from Sedus, yeah! has a leading-edge "similar tilt"  mechanism which permits a wide reclining angle. Many PC users find this "laid back" position particularly helpful in front of the computer screen.
The simple and reliable mechanical setting of the height, depth and tilt of the seat also encourages users to make the most of the chair's adaptability to individual needs. So yeah! is outstandingly suitable for users of different weights and heights at multi-user workstations.

Good ideas from the designer
All the adjustment levers and knobs are located where you would intuitively expect them, and they are simple to use. If you would still like a look at all the possibilities listed in the Instructions booklet, another clever Sedus idea has catered for that, too: the Instructions for yeah! are in a specially constructed compartment in the arm support, so they're always to hand when needed.

yeah! was created by Michael Kläsener, a Sedus ergonomics specialist and designer. Faddy frills and fleeting trends don't get a look-in with Michael Kläsener. His specialty is seating with durable quality and attractive looks, cutting out everything that's not essential.

Less is more – optimal material usage
Following this philosophy, material was removed from yeah! everywhere it wasn't absolutely necessary for statics reasons. So the indentations in the star base, armrests, backrest and armrest supports match the architectural lightweight construction technique with a gracefulness reminiscent of bridge structures. All this lends the office chair an attractive form language and, despite reduction in the weights of its parts, higher stability. The striking hollow in the backrest allows room for an additional upholstery element, making yeah! an office chair with a comfy "easy chair" feel.

Variety and quality
What's not so easy is choosing from the wide range of models available. For Sedus offers yeah! with, among other things, two backrest heights, several armrest variants, and optionally with a soft gel cushioning and three-dimensional adjustability as well as star bases in plastic or aluminium.

The entire yeah! family
The new swivel chair is not a solitary star. The office chair family is rounded off with comfortable visitor and conference chairs in cantilever or four-leg models. Both variants, including the stackable models, come with or without armrests. So the full yeah! family is adaptable to a whole range of settings. This allows great freedom when it comes to planning. Colourful accents are possible with mix and match upholstery shades, while subdued colour schemes with monochrome chair rows have a discreet distinction of their own. So design and functionality complement each other in overall harmony.
